This course provides hands-on training for Primavera's client/server based solution. Designed to give current users a more in depth look at the software. Topics include: creating a top-down budget, defining user fields, running global change, performing earned value analysis, performing risk management, creating weighted steps and milestones, and Phaseing resources. Lessons will aid the project office in determining how to set up users, maintain security, and define global data. Prerequisite: Primavera Phase 1
