If a project manager must "reinvent the wheel" each and every time they manage a project, they focus far too much energy on the mechanics of project management rather than ensuring the results of the project most effectively meet the needs of project stakeholders. This workshop will introduce you to a practical, step-by-step process of project management that provides a consistent, universal framework for planning and delivering any project. It establishes the essentials required to fully manage a project from initiation to completion, and provides concrete examples, tools and templates that are directly relevant to your current or next project. The experienced project manager will enhance their ability to effectively manage a project while the newest project manager will learn a practical end-to-end process for delivering quality projects, time after time.
