LOCATION: Sawridge Are you a wine enthusiast who has longed to learn more about this beverage? Keyano College has a certificate program for you to enrol in. Students will gain confidence in selecting wines, learn an appreciation for wine styles, and expand their awareness of vintages. You will learn about wine tasting, grapes varieties, wine regions and vinification and sample a variety of wines. The program will cover the theoretical and practical aspects of food and wine matching and provide insight into the purchasing, cellaring and collecting of wine. Students are awarded a wine appreciation certificate. In order to earn your Wine Appreciation Certificate you must complete the following courses: -Wine Appreciation 30 hours -Wine Tasting 36 hours -Grape Varieties 36 hours -Wine and Food Matching 21 hours
