A wide variety of sampling techniques for air, water and fauna are introduced. Emphasis is placed on accuracy and precise sampling methodology, following sampling procedures, labeling, shipping, and treatment of samples. Part of the course is spent on sample analysis and presentation of results. Labs include field surveys and generation of maps on computers.
