This combined 2-course training session provides in-depth project management and resource management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution, building off skills learned in the basic course (102). Topics include earned value analysis, updating baselines, importing & exporting project data, top-down budgeting, managing resource allocation, future-period bucket planning, and resource levelling. Extended case studies at the end of each day provide an opportunity to apply new skills and functionality. Prerequisite: Primavera Course 102
