As a workplace trainer it's your job to select initiatives to support transfer of learning in your organization. Discover how to determine and use resources, technology and materials required to support these initiatives. During this one day course you will examine best practices in linking learning activities to job and organizational requirements. Note: this course is required for certificate completion for all students starting Workplace Trainer Certificate program during Winter/Spring 2012. If your program commencement was prior to Winter/Spring 2012, you don't have to complete Transfer of Learning to graduate.
