While leaders must recognize achievement of their team members, they are also tasked with providing constructive feedback, and supporting employees through individual training paths. In learning about the evaluation process you will learn how to set clear performance expectations that support teams goals and organizational visions. You will practice wording evaluations and plotting staff development paths. By the end of this day you will have strategies to tackle a variety of evaluations situations, even the ones you dread.
