Every company requires a procurement specialist. This course takes the industry professional through the contract process from initiation to tendering with a focus on the Buyer side of contracting. The course provides the theory on why a contract is needed, the decision to contract and type of contract that is required. It looks at the strategic alignment of contracts to ensure they meet the goals and objectives of the organization. Key topics include preparing a business case, stakeholder evaluation and developing a request for quotation. This course is a must for the contract management professional!
