This introduction to AutoCAD will provide you with hands-on examples to help you learn the basics of the program. Use two dimensional drafting functions and techniques in a logical, sequential format; manage drawings by using layers, line weights and line types; create object blocks and dimension drawings; edit text; manipulate and plot drawings. (21Hrs) Prerequisite: Experienced computer use; drafting experience is an asset. Textbook: AutoCAD 2012, Donnie Gladfelter, John Wiley and Sons. Inc.
