Leading a high performance team requires skills, diplomacy and the ability to capitalize on the unique strengths of individuals.Varying working styles, opinions and attitudes however can lead to disagreements within any team.This can be very destructive to team morale and ultimately productivity.This course will equip you with the skills to effectively manage conflict situations, focus on common goals as you build trust, commitment and effectively develop employees in a strong, dynamic working environment.In this course you will also learn how to augment your teams' performance and get them to deliver results when there is a constant or sometimes a rapid change in the work environment.(14 Hrs)
