The basics of planning maintenance activities are addressed in this module. Planning processes are defined as well as how Job Plans are created. The principles defined by Doc Palmer are ascribed to and while Planning is future based the importance of Planners monitoring execution and acquiring feedback is discussed. Practical exercises allow participants to practice these skills in a team based environment The textbook used throughout this program is Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Handbook 3/E by Richard (Doc) Palmer, McGraw-Hill Education | September 4, 2012 |. This book is mandatory for the program and available for purchase at the bookstore.
