Moodle (iLearn) Course – Bring your own device to your class Fostering effective communication skills encompasses making decisions about what to communicate and when, as well as dealing proactively with communication barriers and issues.Leaders are expected to be able to handle difficult communications, including letting someone go or having difficult discussions with workers.As a participant of this two day workshop, you will discover, discuss and strengthen your communication techniques through a variety of mediums.You will also learn several communication tools to manage appropriate messages in situations such as one-on-one, group meetings, presentations, email, and conflict and crisis.These skills will assist you in becoming an effective leader.(14 Hrs)
