Moodle (iLearn) Course – Bring your own device to your class Basic principles of scheduling maintenance activities are addressed in this module. Managing a daily backlog and ensuring prioritized activities are enabled in the most economical way are focus areas of this workshop. Why do we schedule to 100%? Who owns the Schedule? There is much debate over this and this discussion takes place during this module. Practical exercises allow participants to practice these skills in a team based environment The textbook used throughout this program is Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Handbook 3/E by Richard (Doc) Palmer, McGraw-Hill Education | September 4, 2012 |. This book is mandatory for the program and available for purchase at the bookstore.
