The student will learn to safely bath a client in the bed, tub and shower. Bedmaking skills, assisting with elimination and meals will be introduced. Body mechanics for both client and staff will be emphasized. Infection prevention and control guidelines and safety measures to prevent slips, trips, falls and accidental scalding will be introduced. Prerequisites: HCA 112
