Moodle (iLearn) Course – Bring your own device to your class With the increasing diversity of our workforce, workplace cultures are changing.Leaders at all levels play a significant role in managing this change.In this course you will learn how to lead teams and train adults that may consist of people from four different generations, from different continents, practicing different faiths and lifestyles and living with varying abilities.You will learn how to create a safe and respectful working environment for employees /adult learners and capitalize on this diversity as an integral part of your leadership role.Whether you are a trainer or manager, this course will show you what is essential to successfully working with a diverse group of people.(7 Hrs) Note: This course is eligible for credit in both the Strategic Leadership in Action Certificate and the Workplace Trainer Certificate
