This course will enable the student to develop the understanding and skills required to effectively support children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ADS). It emphasizes best practices in social skills development, behaviour management, sensory integration therapy and communication systems for assisting children with ASD in inclusive programs. Prerequisite: EA 202 or ELCC 301
