BUS 230/Lecture/E - Intermediate Financial Accounting I | Credits 3.00
Accounting theory and practice are covered at an intermediate level. The income statement and balance sheet are studied in depth. Other topics will include such items as cash flow, receivables, inventories, capital assets, investments and current liabilities. The emphasis in the course will be on practical conditions using a problem solving approach to accounting situations. Prerequisites: BUS 110 and BUS 131 **Until the last day to add classes, registration does not guarantee a seat in this class. Priority will be given to students in the second year of the Business Diploma Program. Students in alternate programs may be removed from the course registration if the class is oversubscribed.**
