This skills based course develops the student’s skills in the operation of multi-engine aircraft under instrument flying conditions and applying the required navigation procedures as per instrument flight rules. The course includes 15 hours dual flight training in a multi-engine aircraft and 15 hours of procedures training in an aircraft simulator to prepare the student to attain proficiency for the Group 1 instrument rating flight test. Prerequisites: Transport Canada Category 1 Medical; AIR 201 Instrument Flight Theory; AIR 202 Commercial Flight Lab
