This course offers an introduction to the French language and is designed to help students develop their communication skills in French. In this course students will learn how to introduce themselves, tell time, give and ask for basic information, and speak about everyday actions. Students will learn how French is structured through understanding of grammatical concepts such as verb conjugation, personal pronouns, questions, negation, masculine and feminine words, as well as courtesy expressions. The knowledge acquired in this course will enable students to apply new vocabulary and rules into basic daily interactions with French speakers.
