BUS 111/Lecture/A - Statistics I | Credits 3.00
Students are introduced to basic statistical concepts and procedures used to solve business problems. Topics covered include: data graphics and charts, measures of central tendency and dispersion, elementary probability, probability and sampling distributions, interval estimation, hypothesis- testing regression and correlation. Students will also develop competence in the use of data analysis software. Prerequisite: BUS 103 **Until the last day to add classes, registration does not guarantee a seat in this class. Priority will be given to students in the second year of the Business Diploma Program. Students in alternate programs may be removed from the course registration if the class is oversubscribed.**
