If you are applying for a student loan, please send confirmation of the application to financialaide@keyano.ca

If you are being sponsored, please send confirmation of the sponsorship form immediately to financialaide@keyano.ca

Credit Students

Credit Students are working towards either a certificate, diploma or degree program at Keyano College, or are taking courses that will be eligible to transfer for a program at another college or university. Students who are upgrading their high school courses are also considered credit students.

Registration opens on May 27th, 2024 at 12:00 PM MDT for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Step 1: Apply Apply Now through ApplyAlberta. If you have already applied, go to Step 2.
Step 2: Offer Check your personal email for offer of acceptance. Processing of applications takes 5-10 business days depending on application volume.
Step 3: Deposit

Follow instructions in your offer letter to accept your full/conditional offer here, on Self-Service. You will be required to pay an Admission's deposit with a Mastercard or Visa ($250 domestic/$750 international - applied to your tuition).

Step 4: Register

Following the directions (click here) on how to use Self-Service and your program specific Registration Guide (click here) , register for your courses here on Self Service.

Step 5: Pay

Full tuition and fees are due 10 business days before the start of the semester. Please check the Academic Schedule (click here)to confirm the date your tuition is due for each semester.



Continuing Education Students

The Keyano School of Continuing Education offers programs and courses to help develop your professional skills, provide professional certificates and designations, or prepare you for a career in the trade industries. We offer our courses, programs, workshops and seminars in-class, online or through blended delivery.

Registration opening date for the 2024-25 academic year will be in Late June 2024.

Step 2: Register

Following the directions on how to use Self-Service and register for your courses here on Self Service.

Step 3: Pay Full tuition and fees are to be paid by credit card at the point of registration.
